Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
The client requests a refund before any SEO work or digital marketing campaign has begun.
There is a failure to deliver agreed-upon services due to issues on our end.
If a duplicate payment is made due to a system error.
Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services, we do not offer refunds for:
SEO campaigns, PPC advertising, and social media marketing services that have already commenced.
To communicate with clients and respond to inquiries
Completed consulting sessions or strategy development.
Work that has been performed and delivered, including reports, research, and optimization.
Subscription-based or recurring services after the billing period has started.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Submit a written request to Email-address with your order details and reason for the refund.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be considered if:
Only a portion of the service has been delivered.
The project is canceled mid-way due to unforeseen circumstances.
We encourage clients to communicate with us before initiating a chargeback or dispute. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with evidence of work delivered.
